How does The Foods of Italy ship my order?

The Foods of Italy ships all items ordered by UPS unless other arrangements are made by calling us at 910-362-0004. A Foods of Italy representative will be glad to explain other shipping options available.

The Foods of Italy will also honor any client's personal or business shipping account. If you have an account with a shipping company that you would like your order charged to please inform us.

How does The Foods of Italy determine the shipping cost for my order?

The Foods of Italy determines shipping charges based on the total weight of your shipment as determined by the actual weight of the items placed in your cart. NOTE: Your shipment may be made up of more than one package due to size and type of products ordered, however, the total weight of the order still determines the shipping cost. In addition, a small fee is added to each order to cover packaging materials and shipping preparation. All shipments are packaged with care and are guaranteed.

All shipping is calculated using the latest UPS zone and weight tables.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

The Foods of Italy ships all orders the same day of receipt whenever possible. Orders received after 3 PM will be shipped the next day.
